Village Point Greenway consists of nearly ¾-miles of paved paths around Village Point Lake and a segment adjacent to Frank Morgan Elementary School.  As the Village Point Area continues to develop, a series of greenway connectors will eventually link neighborhoods and other destinations throughout the Village.

The Greenway also complements the over 14 miles of sidewalks that currently exist within the village.  Come on out and take a stroll.

Village Point Lake also boasts a fishing pier that allows urban community fishing opportunities for residents and visitors to fish a stocked lake throughout the year.

Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Bream, Bluegill, Catfish, Crappie, Flathead Catfish, Redear Sunfish, Striped Bass, and Warmouth are some of the common species found in the Clemmons area.  All told, there are 10 lakes, reservoirs, and streams near Clemmons.

FISHING ACCESS AREA REGULATION

Except where facilities are provided and approved activities are posted, it is unlawful to use any public fishing area for purposes other than fishing.

Other activities including possessing loaded firearms, swimming, launching or mooring jet skis, boats, kayaks, or canoes, skiing, building fires, operating concessions or activities not directly associated with fishing are prohibited.
